As a leading provider of medical supplies for the American military and emergency services, BurnFree understands the importance of reliable, high-quality products. As part of the Safeguard group, BurnFree manufactures and distributes medical device products to over 70 countries, with a focus on the military and first response sectors. However, their current ecommerce platform was not meeting the demands of their growing business. Outdated code and payment processing issues were causing problems for their customers and slowing down their operations. BurnFree knew they needed to make a change and approached our team for help.
Our team of E-commerce B2B social media marketing experts quickly got to work on BurnFree's website. We overhauled their Magento CMS and customer portal, resolving payment gateway conflicts and updating their WordPress client knowledge and participation area. We also migrated everything to a much more robust and speedy server configuration. With these technical issues resolved, we focused on their social media marketing. We implemented an integrated B2B social media campaign that focused on their niche demographic of military procurement and emergency services teams with the goal of increasing leads at the top of the funnel.
